Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping carriers may vary based on location and availability.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you choose in-store pickup at checkout, you can quickly collect your product at your convenience.


Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Must be in original condition with tags attached

  • Must be free of any odors (smoke, fragrance, etc.)

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be denied and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

To request a return, email us at contact@spiritandwind.com before sending your product back. All returns must be pre-approved.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@spiritandwind.com.
Once approved, send your item to the return address above.
